What we collect
When you submit the request form we collect: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the property ZIP code, the concern you selected, your preferred contact method and your optional message. We also record the source of the visit (UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, landing page and referrer), a one-way hash of your IP address, and your browser user agent.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, confirm whether your property is inside our service area, schedule and document the inspection, and measure which campaigns requests come from. We do not sell your information.
Consent
We store the exact consent text you accepted, its version and the date. Text-message consent is separate from general contact consent and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
Access and deletion
You can request a copy or the deletion of your information using the contact address in the footer. The administrative process for these requests is still being implemented.
